Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement a cohesive digital strategy aligned with the clients goals across various industries.

Identify trends and insights, optimize performance based on the latest digital marketing techniques, and make data-driven decisions.

Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.

Digital Campaign Management

Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital campaigns across paid media, organic search (SEO), social media, email, and content marketing.

Lead and mentor the outreach team, providing direction on the use of LinkedIn, email, and direct calls to engage with prospects.

Craft compelling, industry-specific messages and content that capture attention and foster meaningful interactions.

Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.

Own and optimize the e-commerce strategy to increase conversions, average order value, and customer retention.

Data, Analytics, and Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics across all digital channels, assessing effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.

Develop and implement best practices in digital analytics and reporting to track the customer journey and digital touchpoints.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives and maintain alignment on key priorities.

Present digital marketing plans and performance updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Qualifications:

Experience : 3+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and complex digital strategies.

Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, with a proven track record in audience development and lead generation.

Strong ability to write and edit engaging content tailored to specific industries and audiences.

Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive action plans.
