Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum 8 years' experience in a global application department, preferably within the ingredients or flavours industry.Minimum of 5 years' in a management role.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies aligned with overall company objectives.Build and lead a skilled, motivated team and oversee technical and managerial aspects, including performance evaluations and personnel decisions, in collaboration with HR.Ensure effective management of all team members, both directly and indirectly.Establish and maintain effective communication channels within your team and with other departments.Regularly standardize and enhance processes and organizational structures to ensure continuous improvement across your area of responsibility.Drive digital initiatives by creating and implementing a comprehensive digitization strategy.Utilize new technologies to enhance business value and optimize existing and new processes within digital systems.Plan and manage human, material, and financial resources.Monitor and adhere to budgets, addressing any discrepancies as needed in coordination with management.Develop and enforce internal regulations, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Define and implement efficient processes for internal IT systems, ensuring their effective operation and proper documentation.Managing and developing application within the group ensuring optimum and satisfactory customer support.Coordinate with sales and R&D teams to address business issues, market trends, and product portfolios.As the Head of Development and Application, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing their product portfolio across regional markets and plant levels, and ensuring alignment with market needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering innovation and delivering high-quality products.
