Head of Design We are working with a well-established home textiles company who are looking for a Head of Design to join their high performing design team.
The Head of Design will be key in developing design strategies and managing and developing the design team, working across packaging, graphic, and print design.
Head of Design Responsibilities Overseeing the design team, covering all aspects of design from graphics, textiles, prints, and packaging. This will include licensed products.Liaising with customers, attending regular meetings, and managing licensor relationships.Managing and updating the critical path.Developing and implementing new design strategies.Working with the wider teams such as sales and product to successfully design and develop ranges.Minimum Requirements The Head of Design will have previous experience in a management/senior role, ideally with experience working with licensed products and good knowledge of the home textiles industry.
