Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Education or related fieldExperience in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and EducationStrong Coaching and Training skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse groups of students, staff, and community membersPassion for working with vulnerable children and making a positive impactKnowledge of innovative educational practices and a growth mindsetExperience in the nonprofit sector or community development is a plusResponsibilities: Responsible for daily tasks related to curriculum development, coaching, instructional design, education, and training as well as have a teaching role in the school.Implementing and improving educational programs to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students.
