Job Description The ideal candidate must be experienced and innovative, highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.Primary Functions for this position (include but are not limited to);In conjunction with the Export Manager, develop and execute on international business strategy and objectives in line with the overall department strategy.Provide market analysis and research feedback on new opportunities to the export manager for SADC Region.Identify the appropriate route to market (Distributor, JVA, Lead originator)Responsible for ensuring appropriate business growth in SADC region through regular international travel and business development.Work in conjunction with exports manager and administrator along with operations ensure that technical expertise and resource requirements are allocated to successfully execute on projectsReport on international financial performance as requiredAccountable for the logistics of products and resource requirements required to execute on projectsResponsible for supplying weekly reports and trip feedback reports timeouslyResponsible for achieving set sales targets doe SADC regionWorking with existing customers to ensure growth continuous partnership developmentMarketing and promoting Company technology to Key Stakeholders in the various countries within government organizations within the SADC region. Ensuring COMPANY specifications or specified on all tenders.Objectives/milestones to be accomplished in 6 monthsTo be discussed and set on successful employment.Qualifications and Experience Required;BCOM DegreeExperience in Sales and MarketingMBA will be advantageousMinimum of 3 years' experience in one or all of the following;International Business DevelopmentInternational Account ManagementTechnical sales into Africa and abroadExcellent Computer Literacy; (SAP & SYSPRO)Valid Driver's LicenseNo criminal recordMedically Fit.Characteristics/ Personal AttributesHighly Motivated with a positive attitudeHunter & Go getterStrong team playerDecision MakerSelf-StarterHigh integrityAnalytical and SystematicAbility to manage Time effectivelyFollow through with all assigned tasks.Specific Requirements3-5 Years in related experience in an equivalent position with evidence of achievements in the above-mentioned roles and functionsMust be able to work under pressure, act independently, maintain good relationships with stakeholders and be an effective problem solver.Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailAdditional attributes that will be advantageousSensitivity to foreign cultureStrong numerical abilitiesCareer path of this vacancy;Significant growth potential due to high international aspirations for SADC countries.
