Key Responsibilities: As the Head of Data / Insight, you'll lead a small, high-impact team, delivering data-driven insights and analytics to support strategic business decisions. With over 5 years of leadership experience and a strong background in data analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's data strategy.
Key Requirements: Lead and mentor a team of two, focusing on both technical growth and professional development. You'll bring over 5 years of leadership experience, empowering the team to excel and contribute meaningfully to the organisation's goals. Utilise your extensive experience in SQL, Power BI, and Python to conduct and oversee complex data analysis, ensuring high-quality insights and actionable recommendations. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for data-driven decision-making. Confident in challenging and being challenged, you'll ensure that insights are effectively communicated and acted upon. Oversee the analysis and interpretation of data, driving strategic initiatives within the organisation. You'll use your expertise to explore new opportunities for data application, particularly within subscription-based models. Experience Required: 5+ years in a leadership role, with a strong focus on data analytics and insight generation. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python, with hands-on experience in complex data analysis and visualisation. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, with a confident and assertive communication style. Experience in subscription-based business models is highly valued; experience in the gambling or gaming industry is not required. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
