Job Description Managing the Systems and Implementations team in achieving the stated objectives related to the implementation
Ensure all client implementations are delivered in accordance with global or local specifications, with the ability to provide accurate systems support in ongoing client servicing processes and procedures
Evaluate and configure all client-specific systems requirements for local service delivery
Ensure integration of group systems and technology into the organization's solutions landscape
Work with the New Business Development team to ensure all new implementations are scheduled and delivered on time
Ensure all data preparation, validation and transfer process required are in place and delivered on time
Support the New Business and Program Management teams in providing accurate and achievable financial estimates of client implementations in order to recover costs
Qualifications & Skills Degree: Project Management qualification
Minimum 10 years' experience in Project ManagementMinimum 5 – 8 years' experience with systems implementationMinimum 2 years' experience managing a team of Project or Implementation ManagersMinimum 2 years' experience implementing and configuring Online Booking ToolsMinimum 5 complete customer implementationsMinimum 5-8 years' experience managing customers in a travel management environment
Knowledge of Operational ReportingKnowledge of Business AnalysisKnowledge of client Pricing and Budgeting processes
