Head of Client ServicesWe are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as the Head of Client Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple Client Delivery Specialists and ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for assigned client contracts.As the Head of Client Services, you will work closely with various central delivery functions to execute client delivery and operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Services, Southern Africa, you will play a key role in driving service delivery excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a team of Service Delivery SpecialistsEnsure services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and contractsCollaborate with stakeholders to drive service delivery excellenceNegotiate and resolve contractual issuesAttract and retain top talentQualificationsAbility to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and clientsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong business acumen and commercial skillsProven negotiation skillsSelf-driven with a commitment to succeedExperience and EducationDemonstrated client engagement experience at a senior levelExperience in Managed Services and/or Support Services environmentExperience managing a service delivery teamBachelor's or equivalent degreeITIL certification
