Our client is seeking a Head of Compliance and Legal to join their team and can be based anywhere in South Africa.
This is a pivotal executive role responsible for ensuring comprehensive regulatory compliance and legal oversight across the organization.
This position demands extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, the capability to develop and implement effective compliance processes, andleadership in managing legal matters.

Minimum Requirements:-
BProc or LLB degree or BCom LawCompliance Practitioner or Compliance ProfessionalMinimum 8 years' experience in a Compliance and Legal functionExperience in a financial services industry is preferredTechnical skills and leadership abilityAbility to provide strategic direction and innovative solutionsStrong ability to lead and manage teamsExcellent problem-solving skillsSound understanding of and interpretation of legislationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
