We are looking for a Head of Commercial in the renewable energy industry that has extensive REIPPP and M&A experience. Our client, a high-growth multibillion-dollar energy company, is seeking a Head of Commercial to assist in driving the expansion of their company into the South African market. They are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project finance, maths, management, maths modelling, and negotiating with major industry stakeholders.
Your embedded understanding of the market means that your net is perfectly poised to catch projects as they fly into the energy landscape. From conceptualisation to operation, you understand the project lifecycle in its entirety.
Your portfolio should showcase successful closing of multimillion-dollar international M&A deals and PPA and EPC agreements, resulting in a strong network of industry stakeholders.
