Head of Commercial Finance We are currently looking for a strategic and financially savvy individual to join our team as the Head of Commercial Finance.
This role is crucial in driving financial strategies and overseeing commercial activities across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management and be a strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will be involved in developing business cases, reviewing project performance, and commercializing our offerings.
Collaborating with various departments, you will identify opportunities for technical solutions and implement risk mitigation measures while ensuring compliance and effective financial controls.
Responsibilities also include managing financial reporting processes, financial forecasting, budgeting, and developing funding solutions.
You will lead the external audit process, maintain financial policies, and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Familiarity with operating systems such as SAGE and experience in the real estate industry will be advantageous for this role.
