Head of Commercial FinanceOur dynamic client is looking for a financially minded individual for the Head of Commercial Finance position. This critical role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving financial strategies while supporting various departments. Pure Source is responsible for the management of all solar, generator, and borehole/water projects for the client's Group across South Africa, as well as external clients.The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in the financial space. He/She will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing all commercial activities of Pure Source business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExcellent communication skills, written and verbal.Strong knowledge of best practice controls.Analytical skills.Ability to work under extreme pressure to tight deadlines.Leadership and teamwork skills.Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and management.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.Decision-making and initiating action.Adapting and responding to change.Desired Experience & Qualification8 - 10 years of experience in senior financial management in a major institution, preferably in the solar or real estate industry.Minimum 5 years leadership experience.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, specifically SAGE, Archibus, MDA, DealPath.Finance Management: Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)Package & RemunerationR108 300 CTC
