Head of Commercial FinanceOur client is currently seeking a dynamic, financially minded individual for our Head of Commercial Finance position. This critical role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving financial strategies while supporting various departments. Pure Source is responsible for the management of all solar, generator and borehole/water projects for the clients Group across South Africa, as well as external clients.The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in the financial space. He/She will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing all commercial activities of Pure Source business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExcellent communication skills, written and verbal.Strong knowledge of best practice controls.Analytical skills.Ability to work under extreme pressure to tight deadlines.Leadership and teamwork skills.Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and management.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.Decision making and initiating action.Adapting and responding to change.Desired Experience & QualificationFinance Management: Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA).8 - 10 years of experience in senior financial management in a major institution, preferably in the solar or real estate industry.Minimum 5 years leadership experience.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, specifically SAGE, Archibus, MDA, DealPath.
