Head of Client Success – Reward, Recognition and Engagement (HR Software)A global market leader in the HR software space who has an offering based around employee recognition, employee engagement, and employee benefits is looking to add a Head of Client Success to their UK team as part of their continued growth.The Role:You will be responsible for leading and training a customer success team to provide excellent service to mid-market and enterprise clients across a range of industries. You will implement KPIs and policies to identify at-risk customers to minimize churn, as well as work with the team on customer renewals and seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities.The Candidate:You should demonstrate success in client success/customer success in a SaaS environment. Exposure to HR software, particularly in reward, recognition, engagement, and benefits, would be advantageous. A good understanding of ISO9001 is also required.
