Responsibilities: Create strategies to boost demand and introduce new products/services for revenue growth Negotiate contracts with clients Use financial models to evaluate new opportunities Analyze costs and benefits of new ventures Implement new technologies to improve business operations Collaborate with teams to adapt current offerings to new opportunities Research product impacts and future production needs Develop strategies aligned with organizational goals Prepare reports on revenue potential and business risks Establish frameworks for better data analysis and market insights Identify ways to streamline business processes Lead team discussions to finalize business decisions Manage new projects based on feedback and market conditions Plan market entries and strategies for new ventures Build relationships with industry contacts for partnerships Manage department budgets for funding needs Maintain client relationships and satisfaction Set targets in line with business growth plans Requirements: Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering or finance Demonstrated ability in sales and business development Experience in project management is advantageous Strong multitasking abilities, self-motivated, and energetic team player with a flexible approach to work Skilled in practical organization, resource planning, and program scheduling Proficient in providing both summarized and detailed reports on ongoing activities IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Experienced in construction contracts Maintains a smart and professional appearance Excellent command of written and spoken English Customer-focused with strong communication and motivational skills across all levels Initiates tasks independently and is focused on achieving goals Mature in outlook, dependable, and highly organized Solution-oriented mindset Capable of working effectively in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision Benefits: Salary: R85,000 p/m Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
