Our client based in the Pinetown area is seeking a Head of Biotechnology Product Development to join their team. The ideal candidate should have the following core competencies; Managing relationships Personal leadership Business impact Leading and influencing others Strategic and conceptual thinking and analytical ability Technical/professional knowledge Decision making Planning and organising Project management approach Leadership skills Analysis/problem solving Quality awareness Customer orientation Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or other relevant degree PhD in Biotechnology preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP or Biotechnology environment Minimum of 3 years' experience at a management level Successful track record in the field of Biotechnology R&D project management Applications close on the 1st November 2024
