Role purpose: Is responsible for driving, influencing, and implementing the strategic direction of the transformation process within the business with the primary objective of achieving the highest level of EE rating. The areas of responsibility will encompass keeping abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements and the codes of good practice, as well as building awareness around these and ensuring adherence thereof. Act as the Group's Transformation custodian.
