Head Of Application Development

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Technology or similar More than 8 years experience in a global application department, in the ingredients or flavors industry At least 5 years management experience Experience with SAP Beverage background Experienced in a B2B environment Comfortable with business travel Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and lead the development and application team Drive innovation Ensure product quality with all new products that are released Team Management: Build and lead a motivated team, providing technical guidance and support Continuous improvement with processes Leverage new technologies and functionalities to sustainably increase value contribution Planning of human, material and financial resources Ensure compliance with approved budgets Define internal regulations, verify compliance Ensure customers are satisfied with the product development and application Liaise with other departments on customers, markets and development PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
