About the job Head - Media and Event Sales Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Proven sales experience in the media & eventing industry with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
An extensive network of contacts within the media and eventing sectors.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation abilities, capable of showcasing our spaces in a compelling manner.
Organized and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with current trends and best practices in media and event space utilization and advertising.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential opportunities, and driving revenue growth in our diverse portfolio of spaces.
This role requires a sales professional with a proven track record in the media industry.
It is important that the candidate has an extensive network and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Identify and target potential clients and companies to generate new business opportunities.
Establish and nurture a strong network within the media and events sectors.
Actively seek out new partnerships and collaboration opportunities to expand our client base.
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting and selling our media and event spaces.
Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of our spaces.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring the satisfaction of both parties involved.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to position our spaces competitively.
Analyse data and sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategize on maximizing sales potential.
