Head: Legal Recoveries & Insolvency - Re-Advertised

To design, implement and manage an end-to-end legal recoveries capability that is recognised as a valuable and strategic function of the Land Bank.
The function should maximise cost effective recoveries thereby supporting retail and business and corporate banking strategy.
Maintains acceptable Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) percentage in relation to the loan book.
To manage legal risks of the Bank.
To manage the legal recoveries process as well as external service providers' performance.
To draft and vet various types of agreements pertaining to the legal recovery process.
