Functional Development: Lead development of retail banking system functionalities, such as account opening, deposits, loans, and payments.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of retail banking systems.
Maintenance and Support: Provide level 3 support for retail banking systems, resolving complex technical issues.
Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of retail banking system professionals.  Qualifications and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certified Information Systems Professional (CISP).
Certified Associate in Banking Technology (CABT).
Certified Professional in Banking Technology (CPBT) Years of experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail banking technology.
Proven track record of leading retail banking system implementations.
