Is responsible for managing all Adec Innovations global information security and cyber security controls and systems, including Adec Innovations subsidiaries. Set up the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CoE) or practice that will be packaged and monetized across all Adec Innovations markets globally. This role will lead and shape the organization's information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets worldwide, coupled with a go-to-market. This role will further collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation in cybersecurity practices, and establish a robust security framework to safeguard our clients and the Adec Innovations organization from evolving cyber threats. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Leading a practice that ?offers a full suite of Cyber Security advisory and execution services including transformation, modernization, and operations for Cyber Security.Define and implement a strategic plan to build the cybersecurity practice from the foundation up.Define Cyber Security solutions architecture best practices and standards.Develop bespoke solutions and go-to-market offerings.Pre-sales, development of proposals, approaches, solution architectures, leading client briefings and workshopsFacilitate scoping workshops with customers and internal teams.Obtain and retain partner-level competency certifications and Advanced Specialisations for cloud security platform technologies were required.Create a Cyber Security training curriculum for internal team members.Provide technical governance on existing customer accounts to ensure successful delivery of agreed project scope and outcomes.Play a key role in the relationship with the Cyber Security partners and vendors and Security SMEsAssist client engagement teams with responses to market bids and commercial responses. Experience developing bespoke Cyber Security offerings and associated go-to-market plans.Previous experience building and growing a Cyber Security practice from scratch would be highly beneficial.Successful track record of developing and growing long-term, high-value client relationships including managing senior stakeholders.Successful track record of developing and growing long-term, high-value client relationships including managing senior stakeholders.Architecting solutions by mapping client business problems and mapping end-to-end technology solutions with associated strategies, roadmaps, and designs.Core Functional Knowledge/ Skills Leadership, Strategic Planning; Risk Management; Financial Management; Business Development; Planning, Organising & Executing; Conceptual/ Strategic Ability; Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking; Project Management Governance, Process, Procedures & Best Practices. Proven experience as a CISO or a Cyber Security Practice leader. In-depth knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Minimum requirements Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field Experience 8+ years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience with measurable results in a consultancy or professional services firm and experience leading and managing multiple technology teams.10+ years of Cyber Security experience. Specifically experience with the design and deployment of Cyber Security cloud and hybrid solutions Cyber security reference architecture and experience/expertise around front-end and back-end security controls/frameworks.This is an exciting opportunity to own, shape, and drive practice and solution offerings to a variety of clients within a dynamic, collaborative, supportive team environment.Certification/ Professional Registration Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
