is partnering with an upmarket Lodge in the Pilanesberg to recruit an experienced & qualified
HEAD GUIDE
to join their team.
Requirements
· At least 5 years' experience as a Head Guide or similar Senior position in a Luxury Lodge environment.
· Minimum FGASA Level 2 and completed Trails essential.
· PDP, First aid, DEAT for NW Province
· Proven leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· PDP Driver's License (own vehicle beneficial)
· Guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
· Stable employment history and contactable reference

Salary – R15k – R20k depending on experience with live in benefits

Leave – 21 days on / 7 days off
