Candidate requirements NQF 4 (FGASA 2) Lead trails (must have held this position for a couple of years, not be newly qualified) Must have had prior work experience as either a Head Guide or Assistant Head Guide before Great staff management & ability to develop a team Presentable Vast knowledge & passion for the industry Conservation minded Salary R20-25kpm Live in 3 meals a day Full medial aid (Discovery key care or will provide employee contribution to the value for their own medial aid of choice) 7.5% provident fund
