Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified lead trails guide with prior experience as a head guide or assistant head guide. The ideal candidate will have exceptional staff management skills, a passion for the industry, and a conservation mindset.Minimum Requirements:NQF 4 (FGASA 2) qualification is required.The lead trails guide must have experience in leading trails and have held this position for a couple of years.Prior work experience as a head guide or assistant head guide is necessary.The ideal candidate should have great staff management skills and the ability to develop a team.The candidate should present well.A vast knowledge and passion for the industry are essential.The candidate should be conservation-minded.Benefits:R20-25kpm salary.Free accommodation (live in).Three meals per day.Full medical aid (Discovery key care or employee contribution to their own medical aid).7.5% provident fund contribution.
