Head, Governance Integration & Reporting NFR SA Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To plan, lead and execute Independent Non-Financial Risk Reviews of identified Non-Financial Risk (NFR) portfolios throughout South Africa.
To engage with Client Solutions and Segments Executives, portfolio senior Credit Heads and country CEOs to review outcomes, findings and recommendations.
To provide independent assurance reporting to Senior Management committees and Board committees.
To inform, influence and contribute to NFR policy formulation.
Qualifications Post Graduate Degree or Business Commerce DegreeExperience More than 10 years in Risk & Corporate AffairsMore than 5 years AI/PowerBI reporting or similarResponsible for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reportsBroad experience in lending and credit risk management across the corporate, business and retail lending markets.
Deep experience in senior credit management position, with a senior lending mandate and team leadership responsibilities.
Exposure to Business and Retail relationship management.
