Head Finance/ Group Accountant

Oversee budgeting, tracking, and analysis to achieve EBIT targets and guide expenditure decisionsEnsure strong internal controls, manage asset registers, and resolve audit findingsDrive debtors management, ensuring accurate account records and achieving collection targetsVerify and reconcile purchase orders, manage payments to creditors, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.Oversee administration processes related to billing, cancellations, and financial reportingPrepare monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliations, salary journals, and General Ledger reconciliation up to Trial BalanceManage finance team performance, fostering collaboration between finance and operations to optimize customer serviceSkills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of financial experience managing a finance department (up to Trial Balance).Minimum 2 years of management experienceStrong problem-solving, analytical, time management, and leadership skills.Proficiency in finance software and effective communication skills Qualification:Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Financial Management (NQF Level 7)SAICA or SAIPA Articles are highly preferred Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on
