REQUIREMENTS:
Professional Cheffing Qualification
At least 5 years' experience at a senior level in a top kitchen
Skilled in Hot, Cold production with Pastry Skills to oversee and motivate standards
Strong leader and motivator of others with a passion for training local staff
Experienced in menu design and creation including menu and recipe costing and budgeting
Solid understanding of business controls, profit and loss and GP calculations
