Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute seasonal menus for our estate's restaurant and wedding events, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff supervision, and inventory control, while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Oversee the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and creative team environment.

Qualifications:
