Head Chef Position In Bedfordview (Mediterranean Cuisine)

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work in a breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant in Bedfordview.
Chef to:
be experienced in Greek, Lebanese, Portuguese and Turkish cuisine;
manage back of house staff and operations;
complete and be accountable for kitchen & store administration (capture daily info onto systems, prepare kitchen issue papers daily, manage kitchen staff/team of at least 20 persons, manage cleanliness within the store/kitchen , manage shopping budget & closing procedures.);
maintain a satisfactory standard of our most current menu;
implement stock control (stock balance);
bring in functions and events for the restaurant;
coordinate and manage functions and events;
regularly liaise with clients and ensure client satisfaction;
show initiative in the work to be done;
have good leadership skills;
have lots of energy;
be accustomed to kitchen operating hours
