Head Chef/Manager

Head Chef / strong lead required for busy Chef and Brewer. This is a hands-on role.
Great quality food served at speed, a team ready to be challenged and motivated.
Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
Maintain health and safety standards.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes.
Manage inventory and stock levels.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of health and safety and food legislation.
Experience in a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
