Head Chef - Madikwe

Small lodge in Madikwe is looking for a Head Chef.
Leads a small team of cooks and kitchen staff
Cook for guests (20 guests max) at 5* level
Staff meals according to the meal plan
Presents and introduces new meal ideas
Responsible for food & beverage management - purchasing, hygiene, stock management
Optimal use of food stocks (compliance with budget targets)
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as Head Chef in a comparable position at a 5* level
Familiar with the requirements of HACCP standards
Honest personality with integrity who likes to work in a team
Willingness to help out in other areas of the Lodge in exceptional situations
Package on offer:
R12K monthly fixed salary
Annual Bonus based on company results and individual performance – not guaranteed
R1,600 contribution to medical aid (after probation period of 3 months)
Pension Plan with 7.5% company contribution of fix salary (after probation period of 3 months)
