Requirements:
Formal Chef Qualification
5+ years Head Chef Experience in 5-star level
Spoken and written English
Familiar with the requirements of HACCP standards.
Computer literate.
Puts the wishes of the guests first and is ready to go the extra mile
Passion for food and the food experience
Ability to lead a team of people effectively
The ability to motivate staff to consistently deliver at a 5-star level
Ability to think and act creatively within a team
Ability to work flexibly
Duties:
Lead a small team of cooks and kitchen staff
Cook for guests at 5-star level and our staff members according to the meal plan
Present and introduce new meal ideas
Responsible for food & beverage management - purchasing, hygiene, stock management
Optimal use of food stocks (compliance with budget targets)
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
