Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced
Head Chef
for a luxury wilderness lodge in the stunning Cederberg Mountains. The lodge offers fresh, farm-to-table cuisine, and homemade breads, pastries, and more, creating a unique dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design seasonal menus with local ingredients.
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and budgets.
Lead and mentor the kitchen team.
Ensure food quality and presentation.
Engage with guests to personalize their dining experience.
Requirements:
Culinary degree with 2-3 years of experience
Creative, with knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
