Qualifications Required:

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices

Experience:

Chef Experience in a similar environment (five-star lodge)
Proven expertise in preparing fine dining five-star cuisine, including special requirements such as kosher food

Package:

Competitive salary: negotiable based on qualification, experience, and references

6 weeks on, 14 days off work cycle

Spearhead staff training and development initiatives
