As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for whipping up delicious dishes, maintaining top-notch food quality, and leading a dynamic kitchen team. From à la carte to buffet-style dining, you'll have the creative freedom to showcase your culinary flair. Plus, you'll manage the full kitchen operations, budgets, and ensure the freshest ingredients make their way to your guests' plates.
Your Recipe for Success:
?? 3-5 years of senior chef experience at a 4/5-star lodge
?? Culinary qualifications & a proven track record in high-end hospitality
?? Ability to lead a team, manage supplies, and control kitchen resources
?? Strong attention to detail & high standards of hygiene
?? Menu planning and financial acumen
?? Computer skills in MS Office
?? Valid driver's license & RSA ID
?? Passionate, reliable, and great under pressure!
