What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong background in plant-based cooking and a genuine love for using honest, high-quality ingredients.
Guest Interaction:
You'll be comfortable engaging with guests, welcoming them into the kitchen, and sharing the culinary journey as if it were your home.
Calm Under Pressure:
You should possess the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the the Team to ensure seamless communication about available produce and oversee harvesting.
Innovate and adapt daily menus based on seasonal offerings and guest dietary preferences.
