HEAD CHEF
to head up their new kitchen

Requirements
3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury 5*environment.
High standards of food quality and up to date with international food trends.
Strong management & customer service skills and good knowledge of hospitality operations.
Provide leadership and training to upskill junior staff.
Strong focus on guest satisfaction
Experienced with costings and inventory control management.
Uphold food safety & hygiene practices.
A hardworking, energetic & positive candidate with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Excellent, stable track record with contactable references
