Candidate requirements: Grade 12 Relevant Qualifications At least 5 years working in a similar environment Must be passionate about cooking and managing a kitchen Be creative and willing to think outside of the box Someone with an eye for detail Must be willing and able to train staff Must have very high standards for themselves and for their work This is a live-in position
