Head Chef

Job Overview
As the Head Chef at our establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food operations and leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers. Ensure financial targets are reached and attend meetings with the food and beverage department managers to ensure all functions and restaurant operations are covered. Help to reduce cost and wastage.
Duties Manage and coordinate food production activitiesPrepare and cook menu items in compliance with recipes and quality standardsSupervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as neededEnsure food safety regulations are strictly followedDevelop new menu items and specialsMaintain inventory levels and order supplies as requiredExperience Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industryStrong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and presentationExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of kitchen health and safety regulationsA passion for creating exceptional dishes that delight customersJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,944.00-£37,367.00 per year
