Head Chef

Job Summary: We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team at CoFi Centurion. In this role, you will oversee every aspect of kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of top-quality dishes while managing costs effectively.Responsibilities:Oversee kitchen operations and manage food preparation.Ensure the quality of dishes before they reach the customer.Manage kitchen staff and provide training as needed.Maintain inventory and manage kitchen budget.Implement health and safety regulations.Requirements:Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, food production, and health & safety regulations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Creative and innovative approach to menu design.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Financial acumen and the ability to manage a kitchen budget.Passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding dishes.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with diverse cuisines.Knowledge of wine and food pairings.Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and equipment.
