Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead their culinary team at their luxury game lodge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will create memorable dining experiences for our guests, utilizing local ingredients and flavors while adhering to the lodge's sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect the lodge's commitment to quality and local cuisine.
Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and staff training.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the lodge management to create special dining events and themed nights.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
