A deep passion for food, with a creative flair and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of the latest food trends and culinary techniques.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen.

Health & Safety: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to, including compliance with all local regulations.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to minimise waste and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Customer Satisfaction: Engage with guests to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet customer expectations.
