Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement creative, high-quality menus to delight guests.
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to maintain excellent standards.
• Ensure the highest level of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Source and work with fresh, local ingredients to create unique culinary experiences.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and overall kitchen efficiency.
• Collaborate with the lodge management to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment.
• Formal culinary qualification.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and using fresh local ingredients.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote location.
