Head Chef

Experienced Head Chef sought to lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality dishes.
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Head Chef to organize the kitchen's activities and create a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of kitchen management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

Directing food preparation and kitchen activities
Creating and implementing menus with new and existing culinary creations
Inspecting and approving dishes before they reach customers
Planning and ordering equipment and ingredients
Managing kitchen staff and overseeing their work
Maintaining records of payroll and attendance
Ensuring compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as Head Chef
Exceptional ability to manage kitchen operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
Good understanding of computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
Credentials in health and safety training
Degree in Culinary science or related certificate
