Candidate Requirements:Grade 12Must have experience working as a plant-based/vegan chefCulinary degree or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.Strong creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a focus on plant-based dishesExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Good knowledge of planning, budgeting, and departmental administration.Need to know how to do menu costing, cost of sales, and minimal wastage.Excellent attention to detail, and excellent hygiene principles.
