Head Chef

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sea Point for a Head Chef.
The Head Chef will be responsible for managing and overseeing an open kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. The Head Chef will also be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years proven experience as head chefStrong leadership and management skillsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsExperience managing inventory and food costsAbility to multitask and work under pressureExcellent communication and organizational skillsPassionate about cooking and creating high-quality dishesWillingness to work weekends and holidaysMust have your own reliable transport registered to your name.
