If you wear this T-shirt load and proud, apply today and let's chat!Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership of the full Accounts Payable functionLead and manage a team of Accounts Payable specialists, including training and performance managementEnsure compliance with policies, control and relevant guidelinesEnsure payment procedures and payments processes are adhered toEnsure the AP teams adherence to SLAs including reporting and improvement if adherence is not metPrepare and present KPIsInvolvement in projects such as system enhancements, finance projects and opsContinuous monitoring and improvement of performance, compliance, systems and processesAssist with both internal and external auditsSkills & Experience:Minimum 10 or more years of Creditors experienceManagement of large teams comprising of 15 or more AP specialistsComplex Group exposureExperience setting up Systems and processes/ Changing over of accounting systemsStrategic input within the Accounts Payable departmentQualification:A BCom or equivalent Finance qualificationCompleted MatricPackage & RemunerationR 800 000 - R 1 000 000 - Annually
