Candidate Requirements:Minimum of at least 2 years experience as a Head Butler in a 4- or 5-star environment (Essential)Good understanding of 5-star establishmentsKnowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.Sound wine, cocktail, food knowledge preferredKnowledgeable when it comes to dietary requirements and preferencesMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have a passion for working with people.Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Manage overall guest service experience in the campEnsuring that high standards are always maintainedProvide full-service functionality to guestsYou need to be present for all mealtimes until guests are finished.Accountable for all service related stock consumption and stock takes, including service related items such as cutlery & crockeryInteract with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information, using this to tailor make their experience.Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guestsWell spoken & presentedThis is a live-in position.
