Job DescriptionHead Bartender - Azure Beach Club Assist in welcoming guests when required.Demonstrate and maintain high levels of customer service.Supervise the bar throughout, ensuring unnecessary delays of service.Attention to detail for inventory.Deputise for the Manager in their absence.QualificationsHigh School Diploma / Bachelor degree education in the related field.Previous work experience in Leisure or Hospitality would be an advantage.Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.Attention to detail required.Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.Guest service skills and communication skills.Positive and high energy level.
